NP Plant and Tool Hire – Returns & Refunds Policy
Booking Fees & Security Deposit

All bookings require payment of the rental fee upfront to secure the equipment.

A refundable security deposit is also required prior to hire commencement.

The security deposit will be refunded ONLY if all equipment is returned on time, undamaged, clean, and in full working order.

No non-refundable booking deposits are charged.
Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental start date:
Full refund of rental fee provided. -
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start date:
No refund of rental fee.
Refund Policy After Rental Start

Once the rental period has begun, no refunds will be issued on rental fees.

This applies regardless of:

Whether the equipment was used.

Early return of the equipment.

Change of mind.

Equipment Condition & Security Deposits

The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or cleaning required.

All equipment must be returned in the same condition as when hired.
-
Any charges for damage, loss, or cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.

If costs exceed the deposit, the renter will be invoiced for the remaining balance.
No Refunds Issued For:

Cancellations within 24 hours of the hire start date.

Equipment returned early or unused.

Incorrect selection of equipment.
-
Equipment not used during the hire period.
-
Any rental period that has already commenced.
Force Majeure
NP Plant and Tool Hire is not liable for delays, cancellations, or non-performance caused by events outside our control (including but not limited to weather, legal restrictions, accidents, or emergencies).
